Final Lane County Formula Fund Plan
ODOT approved the Lane County STIF Formula Fund Plan for the 2022-2023 biennium in March of 2021 for transit projects in Lane County.
Recommended Prioritized Project List
The Lane County STIF Advisory Committee unanimously voted to recommend to the LTD Board that all proposed projects be funded. The STIF Advisory Committee recommended the following prioritization:
- Priority #1: Full funding for all non-LTD PTSP projects
- Priority #2: Full funding for all LTD PTSP projects except the “Real Time Sign Hardware, Software, Data Management” project
- Priority #3: Funding for the “Real Time Sign Hardware, Software, Data Management” project to be scaled up or down as needed in order to stay within the 100 percent of final allocated funding from ODOT
Applications
Lane Council of Governments, on behalf of Lane Transit District, accepted project proposals for STIF Formula Funds from qualified Public Transportation Service Providers in Lane County. Four PTSPs in Lane County submitted applications: the City of Cottage Grove, the City of Eugene, Lane Transit District, and Lane Council of Governments.
