The QE worked with PTSPs to develop a sub-allocation method for funds outside of Lane Transit District and a sub-allocation map for funds inside of Lane Transit District using 2020 employment information.
PTSPs in and outside of the Lane Transit District were invited to provide feedback on 3 strategies at a meeting in Sept. 2022 and through follow up email communications. Entities that were invited to provide feedback included LTD, LCOG, Lane County, CTCLUSI, and the cities of Eugene, Springfield, Florence, Oakridge, Westfir, Dunes City, Creswell, and Cottage Grove.
The input gathered from these entities resulted in a final out-of-district and an additional in-district sub-allocation map.
